Taken while out for a trip into the countryside. A man on the estate told me the swans had 6 chicks this year and they all disappeared one night. Very sad.

Some of the pics in this blog were taken with a FinePix S7000 and a Panasonic Lumix FZ50 but my current camera is a Canon EOS 450D. I also use Kenco extension tubes for my macro/close-up shots of flowers.
